Data Insights Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into stories that drive real business impact? We’re hiring a Data Insights Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our subscription and content performance strategy.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage our end‑to‑end tracking ecosystem, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insights that influence Editorial, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Product teams. You’ll analyse audience behaviour, subscription funnels, content engagement and revenue performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and growth drivers.

Key candidate requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information systems, Maths or related discipline and/or 4+ years’ experience in data or digital analytics
• Strong understanding of engagement, retention, funnel and subscription metrics
• Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Power BI, Excel etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn, troubleshoot and optimise
• Experience or interest in digital media, subscriptions, or rural/agri audiences a plus
