Head of Audience

We are recruiting a Head of Audience to join our growing marketing and circulation/audience team.
This is an exciting senior opportunity for an experienced professional to join our leading stable of publications which include the Irish Farmers Journal, Irish Country Living, The Irish Field, Irish Country Magazine and The Irish Garden.

As Head of Audience, you will be responsible for developing strategies which drive overall audience numbers for our portfolio of assets. 

Candidate requirements:
•    Third Level qualification, preferably in agriculture, marketing or business.
•    5 years + experience in a senior management role.
•    People management experience including training & development, performance management and recruitment.
•    Experience in and knowledge of the agricultural sector essential. 
•    Ability to empathise with requirements of rural dwellers.  
•    Customer centric and experience in key stakeholder management.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•    Ability to work to strict deadlines.  
•    Self-motivated, drive to succeed, results focused.
•    Ability to work on own initiative.
•    Team player.
•    Experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook.  Digital and social media proficiency.
•    Full clean driving license
