Producer

Role & responsibilities:
• Manage content productions for clients (video production, live stream, design projects)
• Identify and execute new methods of production maximising efficiencies at all times
• Work with Commercial Team / Traction Manager to develop pitches/ideas for clients
• Achieve targets as outlined by manager
• Develop and manage customer relationships with current and new businesses
• Coordinate internal/external resources to achieve on time delivery of content to client 
• Fulfil written content requirements for clients 
• Develop knowledge of trends across video, content and design in today’s market

Candidate requirements:
• BA in Film, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred. 
• Previous experience in a production environment a plus.
• Knowledge of video/podcast production processes and equipment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video/audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition,  DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage.
• Project management experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture a plus.
• Ability to originate and develop new production ideas.
• Digital and social media proficiency.
• Full clean driving license essential.
