WIN A HUSQVARNA MOWER COMPETITION

The Irish Farmers Journal is running a reader competition to win a Husqvarna P 520D diesel-powered front mower worth €30,000. Click here for full product information. 

Terms and conditions:

  1. To enter this competition, you need to collect three tokens and complete the competition entry form (available on the dates 5  July 2025,  12 July 2025, 19 July 2025 and 26 July 2025)  from the Irish Farmers Journal newspaper (print edition) and post to: Husqvarna Mower Competition, Irish Farmers Journal, Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12,
    D12 YXW5.
  2. Closing date: entries must be received by Friday 1 August 2025.
  3. This offer is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  4. You must be aged 18 years and over to enter.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
  6. Photocopied, re-produced or printed entry forms are not valid entries.
  7. Paid Premium Digital, Print Standard, and Print Premium subscribers are automatically entered. Their subscription must be active on Jul 3rd, 2025. Subscribers can enter more than once by posting in an entry form by post.
  8. The entry form must be completed in full, or your entry won't be valid. 
  9. Multiple newsprint entries are accepted, provided they are original newsprint entry forms and tokens printed in the Irish Farmers Journal newspaper. 
  10. The Irish Farmers Journal will nominate a panel of independent adjudicators to oversee the selection of seven winners. Their decision will be final.
  11. The first entry randomly selected from all the entries received and automatically entered subscribers will be identified as the winner of the mower.
  12. If, for any reason, the selected entry is deemed invalid, another entry will be selected as the winner.
  13. The winners will be announced in the Irish Farmers Journal on the 14 August 2025 or the following week.
  14. Winners will be contacted by the phone number supplied in the competition entry-form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winners must be in a position to confirm their identity and eligibility. Failure to do so will disqualify them from the competition.
  15. The prize is not transferable to a third party.
  16. There is no cash alternative for this prize.
  17. A condition of winning the competition is that the winners will agree to take part in any post-competition publicity, without payment. The company shall in its sole discretion, direct such post-competition publicity. The winners must likewise agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
  18. The competition is being promoted by The Agricultural Trust (trading as the Irish Farmers Journal). The Agricultural Trust is a company limited by guarantee, having its registered office at The Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland.
  19. The Irish Farmers Journal reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or any of the terms and conditions of the competition without notice, and for any reason whatsoever. Any such amendments to the competition or to the terms and conditions will be updated on this page. 
  20. The Irish Farmers Journal decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  21. By entering the competition (by way of completing and submitting an entry form) an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the competition.
  22. The competition and the terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. 
  23. The Irish farmers Journal will not be liable for any damage caused to lost or illegible entries.
  24. Data protection: any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third party without the entrant's prior consent.
