100 PRIZE GIVEAWAY

 Irish Country Magazine is giving 100 lucky winners a prize in our biggest competition yet. 

Terms and conditions:

1. Closing date: entries must be received by 18 August 2025 at midnight.
2. This offer is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
3. You must be aged 18 years and over to enter.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
5. The entry form must be completed in full, or your entry won't be valid. 
6. Readers who enter via the magazine QR code will get priority in the prize draw lottery.
7. Irish Country Magazine will nominate a panel of independent adjudicators to oversee the selection of the winners. Their decision will be final.
8. The first entry randomly selected from all the entries received will be identified as the winner of each prize. 
9. If, for any reason, the selected entry is deemed invalid, another entry will be selected as the winner.
10. The winners will be announced after the 18th of August-  daily draws will award the top 10 prizes, with smaller prizes at the end and the grand prize on the final day.
11. Winners will be contacted by the phone number supplied in the competition entry-form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winners must be in a position to confirm their identity and eligibility. Failure to do so will disqualify them from the competition.
12. The prize is not transferable to a third party.
13. Prizes are non exchangeable.
14. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.
15. A condition of winning the competition is that the winner will agree to take part in any post-competition publicity, without payment. The company shall in its sole discretion, direct such post-competition publicity. The winner must likewise agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
16. The competition is being promoted by The Agricultural Trust (trading as Irish Country Magazine). The Agricultural Trust is a company limited by guarantee, having its registered office at The Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland.
17. Irish Country Magazine reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition or any of the terms and conditions of the competition without notice, and for any reason whatsoever. Any such amendments to the competition or to the terms and conditions will be updated on this page. 
18.  Irish Country Magazine's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
19. By entering the competition (by way of completing the entry form) an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the competition.
20. The competition and the terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. 
21. Data protection: any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third party without the entrant's prior consent.
